Stephanie enjoys assisting sellers and buyers (new construction, military transferee, buyers seeking a 2nd home, luxury, 1st time home buyer, and relocation). She understands firsthand the joys, excitement, and pressures of relocating. She has lived in 13 different homes in 6 different states due to her husband's Navy transfers.  She has owned 7 personal homes and owned/managed 5 investment properties (which were all fixer-uppers). Stephanie is a horse lover and former owner of a hobby farm where she lived, cared for, and loved 4 beautiful quarter horses.
