Rick worked in Washington, DC real estate, while selling computers to the White House and fiber optic circuits to the Pentagon, after having worked for Xerox and the Saudi Royal family’s private hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.  He spent 20 years with RE/MAX in Atlanta and moved his South Carolina to Berkshire Hathaway/Bay Street Realty Group in 2023.   Rick has a dual-major B.S. from Drexel University in Engineering and Marketing, and an MBA in Information Systems Management from George Washington University. He understands how houses are built, marketed and sold.  He also understands how people FEEL when they are looking for a new home, or when selling their treasured current home.   Rick understands the sales process and the laws surrounding real estate transactions and will make your transition seamless, whether buying or selling. In his off hours Rick and his husband, Cliff, can be found in their yard gardening, biking the Spanish Moss trail, at the theater watching first-run films, or serving low- income families through the UUSB SECOND HELPING food pantry program.
