Congratulations to the Bocce Spring Champions!

It's a great time to be a Bocce fan on Dataw Island.

 

Both the Men's and Women's Spring League have been hard at work this week to claim their respective championships. Ultimately, the Belles of the Ball (left: Terri Schmidt, Maeneen Klein, Cindy Hudler, Kathy Lee, Barbara Infantino, Cathy Berg, Pam Farris, and Josie Paddock) claimed victory over the Rolling Stones to become the Ladies Spring Champions, and the Chosen Ones (right: Steve Wexler, Ted Barber, Wes Schuster, David Newcome, Mike Sullivan,  Larry Lance, John Zankowski, and Bill Krebs) pulled ahead over the Jersey Guys to claim the Men's Spring Championship.

The Men's Spring Champions (The Chosen Ones) and the Women's Spring Champions (The Belles of the Ball) will face off tomorrow, Saturday, May 28 at 2:30-4:00 PM, for the Island Championship in the first ever Battle of the Bocce Champions! Come on out and cheer them on!
