First Responders

Wherever there’s trouble, they’re there on the double!

Dataw Island welcomed First Responders from throughout the County and City for an appreciation luncheon and round of golf late last week. Handshakes and hugs abounded as the men and women gathered in the Carolina Ballroom – for camaraderie (and cajoling!), as they enjoyed catching up in a casual atmosphere, with the only fire to be found powering the hamburger grill, and the only crime committed? Any plates left unscraped.

After lunch, our guests were welcome to stay for a round of golf as a small token of our appreciation for all that they do.
