Colonial Athletic Association Men’s Golf Division I Championship - Final Rounds Tomorrow

The Division I Colonial Athletic Association Men’s Golf Championship is in full swing! The athletes tee off Tuesday from 8 am to 10 am (from holes 1 and 10) to determine this year's CAA Champions.  

Defending champion Charleston entered the week as the CAA’s highest-ranked team, just outside the top 50 nationally with three golfers – Nevill Ruiter, Kieron van Wyk, and Zach Reuland – all in the top 250 individually. Reuland collected medalist honors as a freshman in 2021.
 
UNCW returns to the Championship play after the cancellation of the 2020 tournament and the Seahawks missing the 2021 Championship due to CoVID-19 protocols. The Seahawks won the 2018 and 2019 Championships and have taken the team title in three tournaments this spring.

The Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) consists of the College of Charleston, Delaware, Drexel, Elon, Hofstra, James Madison, Towson, UNCW, and William & Mary. Teams of five will compete in this conference championship for a chance to advance to the NCAA Division I Men’s Golf Championship.
