As a native Floridian, Carol was raised in both a home building and real estate environment. Her mother was a general contractor and a broker, and taught her about design, quality, and the process of creating a functioning home. It was a natural fit for Carol to go into real estate.

Her desire to live in the peacefulness of a coastal town became a reality in the fall of 2014 when “I accidentally stumbled across Beaufort, SC. What drew me here I still cannot say ... other than I'm glad it did!”

Her move to Beaufort followed a long, rewarding career in commercial printing. There she developed a great work ethic, built strong relationships of mutual trust and respect with her clients, and adhered to tight schedules. Working with ERA Evergreen Real Estate, Carol is excited to share the Lowcountry, its beauty and to introduce others to the relaxed pace of life that she loves so much.
