Dave was born in Allentown, Pa. He graduated from Valley Forge Military Academy and Muhlenberg College. He is a Vietnam Veteran and a proud Marine. Dave lived his adult life in Lancaster, Pa. A Realtor since 1982 he has held sales and management positions with Coldwell Banker. Dave moved to Beaufort in 2000 to take a sales position with Dataw Island Realty. He sold and listed real estate on Dataw Island until 2006 at which time he became the Broker-in-Charge for Dataw Island Realty. Dave’s relationship with Beaufort began in the late sixties while serving in the Marine Corps stationed at the air base in Beaufort. Back then, Beaufort was a small southern town. Dave with his wife moved into our first apartment which was the old slave quarters to the mansion on #1 Short St. Over the years they never got over our Beaufort experience and their love of golf brought him back to the area for many years. It was in the early nineties when they visited Dataw Island and they bought our first lot in 1995.
