DITA (Tennis Assoc.)

The purpose of the Dataw Island Tennis Association (DITA) is to encourage and promote tennis playing on Dataw Island. DITA will advise the Director of Tennis on planning and conducting tennis programs and social activities for the benefit of its members and guests as well as representing the interests and concerns of the tennis community to the DIC board and club management.

Any member of Dataw Island Club may become a member of DITA and attend their events with payment of annual dues of $25.00 per member. As a DITA Member, fun is the major objective and sponsorship of tennis social events is the main priority.

DITA operates via a Board of Directors who are elected on an annual basis to include a President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary along with positions for Building & Grounds Maintenance, Social Co-Chairs, Publicity, and Member at Large for a total of 7 but not more than 9 members.
The 2022 Executive Board is comprised of the following persons:

The DITA Board meeting is the 1st week of each month in the Racquet and Paddle Center.
